3 TBSP Sugar Powdered
SET - B1 (FILLING )
1 cup Hot Water
1/3 cup Sugar
SET - B2 FILLING)
1 piece Egg Beaten
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Evaporated Milk

Making Base ( Set-A )

-Melt butter with whisker
- Add sugar & mix until creamy
- Add SET A. Knead for 2 min.
- Keep in the fridge for 30 min.

Custard Filling ( SET B1 )

- Mix SET B1 until dissolved & let it cool

Custard Filling ( SET -B2 )

- Mix SET B2 & B1.
-Strain & keep aside

-Roll the dough evenly & cut
-Brush moulder with oil
-Lightly press the dough in moulder
-Prick with fork & chill in the fridge for 15 min
-Pour custard
-Bake 25 min/ 190F
