200 g Butter
4 stalks Curry Leaves
8 pieces Chili Padi Optional
SET- C ------- ( ADD -ONS )
250 ml Cooking Cream
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 TBSP Corn Flour Mix with 1.5 cup water
SET-D ------- ( GARNISHING )
1 Bunch Chinese Parsley
3 pieces Chili Padi
4 stalks Spring Onion

PREPARING CRAB ( SET -A )

-Clean and steam them, then drain.
-Set aside

STIR FRY ( SET -B )

- - Saute Garlic, Curry Leaves and Chili Padi in Butter.
- - Pour in the milk and simmer the mixture over a medium heat for about 10-15 mins.
> > Add salt and sugar to taste.
> > Add thickening and stir gently until thick and glossy.
- Add cheese and return crabs to the mixture and cook over a very low heat for 5 mins.
