Prepare Cucumber

Wash and peel the cucumber. Grate it finely using a box grater. Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and squeeze out any excess moisture.

Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, finely grated cucumber, minced garlic cloves, chopped fresh dill, freshly squeezed lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed.
