SET - C ( Flour Mixture )
2 cups Flour
2 TBSP Sea Salt
1 TBSP Black Pepper
1 TBSP Red Pepper
SET - D ( Cochula Sauce )
4 TBSP Butter
¼ cup Cochula Sauce
¼ cup Honey

-Mix SET - A and SET - B in a container and cover it. Let it sit for 24 hours

-Meanwhile, mix well SET - C, keep aside

Prepare sauce

-Bring to boil SET - D and simmer for 2 mins

Deep frying

-Remove chicken from container, allow to come down to room temperature
-Pat dry
- Coat in SET - C.
- Deep fry in a preheated oil for 5-8 mins or until golden brown.
-Toast the chicken to SET - D mixture
